Buying Beef

At Deep Grass Graziers, we are not trying to compete with the price of meat at the grocery store.  Not only do we believe you want to purchase a more nutrient dense and healthy product, we also we want to change the way you think about the taste of beef.  Our cattle graze pastures that we manage in the image of nature, with many species of plants to promote phytochemical richness, increased metabolic health, mineral content, higher ratios of omega 3s, and all the tiny attributes science is still uncovering.  We have always believed ruminants eating many species are better for us, science is catching up with the details.

We will now be only selling halves, and whole animals by the Hanging Carcass Weight.  This weight will vary but will be roughly 525-650lbs per whole animal.  This will equate to around 315-390lbs of actual take home meat weight, per whole animal.  This number can vary based on how many bone-in cuts and other products you choose from the processor.  The customer will be responsible for paying for processings and communicating and picking up the animal at Brown Rocket Processing  outside of Wray, Ga.  The next product will be available for pickup in early June.  To reserve an animal, a deposit will be required.   1/2 $300.  Whole  $500.  Contact me via email to reserve your animal.  [email protected]
